HOW TO USE:

-For bathing: 10-15 drops per average tub of lukewarm water - add to the stream of water being poured in, stirring from time to time, do not allow the oil to concentrate on the surface of the water.

-For massage: 3-5 drops mixed with one tablespoon of carrier oil, e.g. olive oil, grape seed, etc. For air aromatisation: 10-15 drops into aromatherapy lamps and fireplaces, air humidifiers or onto a hot water plate.
