Right to Withdraw from Contract

Right to withdraw from the contract:

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with our online store within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to non-standard products made to individual customer orders.

Withdrawal procedure:

To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the customer must inform us of his decision in writing (e.g. by letter or e-mail) before the expiry of 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The customer can use our withdrawal form or send us an explicit declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
After receiving information about withdrawal from the contract, we will contact the customer to arrange further details of the refund.
Return:

After withdrawing from the contract, the customer is obliged to return the goods unchanged, complete and properly secured, in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is a product defect or non-compliance with the order.
Payment return:

After receiving the returned goods and confirming their condition, we will refund the payment within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the customer has expressly agreed to a different solution.
